If you are unable to log into your account, you can request a password reset on the login page of OpenKey HOST (https://host.openkey.co).

  1. Navigate to https://host.openkey.co.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account. 
  4. Click SUBMIT

The password reset email will be automatically sent within about 30 seconds. It will come from NoReply@OpenKey.co. If you do not receive the email promptly, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still don't see it, please ask your manager to verify your user credentials.

If you try to log in and receive this error, "Your account is not associated with any hotel," your email address is not a current user with any hotel.  If you feel this is an error, please contact your direct supervisor.


Managers:  If a team member has not received a password reset email and you have verified their information in the HOST platform, they may be unsubscribed from OpenKey emails.  Please contact support@openkey.co
