This error, however rare, occurs when a check-out has been performed in the OpenKey HOST platform, but the application has not received the push notification to erase the mobile key on the device.  The only way for this to occur is if the user has turned off push notifications or if the key was updated during a time that the user did not have WiFi or cell signal.  


To correct, turn on Push Notifications, force close the app, and reopen it.
