Guest Card is not unlocking the door: Does a Master Key unlock the door?
- Yes: Try to unlock by Guest Card.
- If the LED flashes in red and blue alternately, the deadbolt is either engaged or there is a deadbolt switch problem.
- Action: Check the deadbolt and deadbolt switch.
- If there are 2 short 'ticks' and LED flashes red twice when a Guest Card is used, the Guest Card is out of date.
- Action: Redo the Guest Card or use Clock Card to set the lock.
