Blinking Blue light with beeping: Successful. Green checkmark should appear on app. Phone should provide vibration feedback.


Blinking Red light with beeping: Wrong key. 


Repetitive beeps: Either the lock is in emergency mode or the door did not close properly.

22This is the most common error when the information for the room on the card is different from the information on the door lock.
33This error occurs when the time information recorded on the card differs from the time information of the door lock. This happens when you tag a card that has expired for a door lock. Or if you tag a door lock before the entry period.
44This is an error that occurs when a door lock is not set up (door lock is not installed).
55This error occurs when the sequence is an expired card. A sequence error is an error that disables a previously issued card when tagging a door lock with a newly issued card, not a copy.
66This error occurs when tagging with the employee card when the dead bolt (thumbturn) is locked.
77This error occurs when tagging an unauthorized card when Blocking or Opening is set.
88This error occurs when the hotel information on the card is different from the hotel information on the door lock.
99This error occurs when tagging an unauthorized card when Emergency is set.
