  1. Room setting → Hotel Setting → Back Office
  2. Click [Create] button below ‘Back Office list’
  3. Type new name in ‘Back Office Name’ section
  4. Click [Create] button below the ‘Back Office Name’ section
  5. Click [OK] button on ‘Create Complete’ pop-up window
  6. Check new added Back Office



Delete/Edit Back Office



Delete

  1. Room setting → Hotel Setting → Back Office
  2. Select Back Office you want to delete from ‘Back Office list’
  3. Click [Delete] button
  4. Click [OK] button on ‘Delete’ pop-up window
  5. Click [OK] button on ‘Delete Complete’ pop-up window


Edit

  1. Room setting → Hotel Setting → Back Office
  2. Select Back Office you want to edit from ‘Back Office list’
  3. Type new name in ‘Common Door Name’ section
  4. Click [Edit] button
  5. Click [OK] button on ‘Edit’ pop-up window
